Summary
We are seeking a Shop Administrator to join our team at Schneider Tree Care. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanic shop and supporting our staff with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
- Learn our proprietary CRM system.
- Make schedules for maintenance and inspections.
- Assist in the organization of the parts inventory.
- Assist with dispatching jobs and making sure mechanics accurately record labor hours.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain files and documents for easy access.
- Provide support to team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Help shop down time by picking up and returning parts.
- Ensure effective communication between departments and with clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate schedules effectively.
- Ability to handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
