- Provide recommendations and solutions for business needs and escalations.
- Be part of process improvement teams and kaizen workshops.
- Ensure processes are documented.
- Recommend streamlined processes and roll out information to associates.
- Conduct process audits and system testing.
- Summarize findings and provide feedback to leaders.
- Networking events with Schneider associates.
- Professional skills trainings led by Schneider leaders.
- Business resource groups meetings and events.
- Volunteer activities.
- After-work social gatherings.
- Currently enrolled at a college or university.
- Working toward a bachelor's degree.
- Have completed at least two years of undergraduate work.
- Able to work full-time over the summer.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
