Dedicated Truck Driver - Tractor Supply

Average Pay : $1,060-$1,290 per week

Home Time : Weekly

Experience : All CDL holders welcome

Join our team and enjoy the stability and satisfaction of a dedicated trucking position. You will be :

  • Hauling feed using dry van trailers.
  • Engaging in 100% no-touch freight operations.
  • Completing 10-15 loads per week with 1-3 stop-offs per load.
  • Driving within 400 miles around Martinsville, VA.

Pay and Bonus Potential :

  • Enjoy a competitive pay structure that includes mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly compensation while on duty, not driving.
  • Receive weekly performance pay to reward your hard work.
  • Earn a $2,000 sign-on bonus over 12 months if you're an experienced driver.
  • Receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus over 12 months for inexperienced drivers.
  • Participate in paid orientation.
  • Benefit from paid time off after 6 months, alongside 6 days of holiday pay per year.
  • Gain the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to 2% of your gross pay each year.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Must reside within 60 miles of Martinsville, VA.
