Responsibilities:
- Use system analysis, development, quality assurance, integration methodologies and related techniques to develop solutions and identify appropriate epics, capabilities and user stories.
- Collaborate with solution leads and technical developers to ensure solutions are in alignment with project success criteria.
- Provide functional expertise for developing prototypes and specifications, data mapping, function mapping, test cases and user testing support.
- Identify and resolve gaps in supported business processes.
- Be involved in security and authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the resolution of domain-related solution and production problems.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
