Schneider Regional driving offers a unique opportunity for experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team. With a focus on predictable power lanes and a high volume of freight, our drivers enjoy maximum drive time and minimal downtime.
Compensation:
As a Schneider Regional driver, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package. Our estimated annual salary range is $25,000 - $45,000, depending on experience and location. In addition to mileage pay, you will also receive hourly pay while on duty but not driving. You will have the opportunity to earn weekly performance pay, adding to your overall compensation.
We offer a $2500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers, paid in 12 monthly installments. After six months of service, you will be eligible for paid time off, plus six days of holiday pay per year.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight
- 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight policy
- Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
- Weekly performance pay
