- POSITION TYPE: (FLSA) Full Time - Exempt - Professional

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Represent clients in civil litigation and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Provide legal advice to clients on a range of issues
- Attend court hearings and trials
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Familiarity with real estate, default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections
- High degree of organizational skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Self-driven with ability to work independently or collaboratively, as needed
- Excellent and adaptive interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional, responsive, and time-bound client service
LICENSING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio
THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES ARE DESIRABLE BUT NOT REQUIRED TO APPLY:
- Multi-state licensure (IN and/or KY preferred)
- Federal Licensure
- Relevant practice experience including experience in handling litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin and collections cases preferably handling creditors rights
