Description
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, training, qualifying, and developing employees and continuously improving the training processes. Implement engaging learning activities and compelling course content through a variety of mediums.
Requirements
- Implementation of all training procedures including onboarding and additional trainings throughout employment.
- Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs.
- Provide learning exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
- Coordinate various training activities and schedules.
- Introduction, management, and assistance with the training of employees.
- Qualification of employees with the goal of teaching key qualifications and evaluation of synergies between business unit positions.
- Misc. tasks as assigned by management in accordance with skill level.
