Schnippel Construction, Inc is a third generation General Contractor with emphasis in the hospitality design/build sector. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to add to our growing team. We have completed projects throughout Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.
We are looking for a motivated, organized and self-motivated candidate to add to our team. This team member must be a great communicator, have 5 years of commercial construction experience, leadership qualities, ability to multi-task, cost accounting understanding, be a pro-active planner, review project submittals, work with purchasing manager and site superintendents, manage project schedules and budgets. The following are considered to be positives for this position, cadd, estimating and scheduling experience.
