Job Responsibilities:
- Perform collision repair on vehicles, including frame repair, and bodywork.
- Repair or replace damaged parts such as bumpers, doors, fenders, and other body panels.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods.
- Ensure that all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other technicians, service advisors, and management to ensure efficient workflow.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on repairs.
- Stay up to date with the latest techniques, tools, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification from an accredited automotive repair program preferred.
- Proven experience as a collision repair technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
