Description
- Pulls finished goods from cage/conveyor.
- Assembles finished goods to resemble finished product such as a crate.
- Performs QC checks and part weights.
- Inspects, trims, and stacks parts according to the process sheet.
- Completes in-process checklist.
- Occasional troubleshooting of process related problems.
- Checks production quality, using check fixtures to assure correct shrinkage and to maintain necessary tolerances within the production process.
- Keeps own and adjacent work area clean.
- Organizes and stages the regrind material for processing.
- Prepares plastic for recycling.
- Removes plastic from production lines.
- Stages material for upcoming jobs.
- Properly identifies regrind material.
Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
