We are seeking a Canvassing Team Leader to lead our canvassing team in scheduling appointments for free home improvement estimates. You’ll oversee team performance, drive results, and ensure smooth operations in the field.
DUTIES :
- Lead and manage a canvassing team to schedule free estimates
- Monitor team performance and ensure goals are met
- Build rapport with homeowners to ensure a positive experience
