Job Title: Community Engagement Greeter
Reports To: Community Engagement Coordinator
Classification: Non-exempt - Hourly
Salary Range: Per current compensation plan
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors to the agency and direct to proper program services, receive calls and take messages, assist with data entry and administrative duties. Manage secure access system, monitor staff and visitor schedules. Provide support to the Community Engagement Coordinator with department activities.
Education and Work Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience and a valid New York State driver’s license are required.
Other Requirements:
Applicant must have strong communication, interpersonal and written skills, and be highly organized with attention to detail. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and social media platforms is required.
