Project Dream is a comprehensive college and career development program designed by Scholar and A Dream Inc., for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) NYC public high school students entering the 11th grade. Our overarching mission is to address and bridge the educational and career achievement gaps by offering students the essential exposure to knowledge, skills, and support required to embark on meaningful post-secondary pathways.

- Program Management
- Develop and maintain the program schedule, coordinating monthly workshops and mentorship sessions.
- Manage logistics for monthly workshops, including scheduling, and material preparation.
- Ensure smooth operation of monthly enrichment programs and mentorship meetings.
- Student Support
- Track student progress and engagement, ensuring they meet program milestones.
- Provide guidance and resources on college admissions, financial aid, and career planning.
- Conduct follow-up sessions to address students’ questions and challenges.
