Summary of Position :
We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Associate Director / Principal Data Scientist of Data Visualization to join our growing team in a dynamic biotech company. Reporting directly to the Head of Statistical Programming, you will lead the creation and implementation of applications and visualizations for clinical trial data, driving effective decision-making and presenting insights clearly for stakeholders. Your expertise will be critical in supporting clinical trial conduct, and translating clinical trial data into impactful, easy-to-understand visual formats that support our strategic goals.
As a Director of Data Visualization, you will collaborate closely with multiple functions in drug development to ensure high-quality visualizations that deliver meaningful insights throughout the clinical trial process.
Candidate Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and execution of the data visualization strategy for clinical trial data, ensuring effective visualizations.
- Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations using industry-leading tools such as R Shiny, Tableau, Python, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure all data visualizations are accurate, consistent, and aligned with clinical and regulatory standards, enhancing accessibility and clarity of clinical trial data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data visualization techniques, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Work closely with other functional teams to integrate visualizations into clinical trial conduct, data monitoring and data analyses.
