You will take charge of developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a sales team, managing key accounts, and forging strategic partnerships that boost our revenue and success. As an unstoppable force, you will will take ownership of the sales pipeline, support marketing initiatives, and uncover new business opportunities.

What you will do :

You will be reporting directly to our CEO. In this role, you will :

Establish meaningful connections and relationships with marketing-sourced leads and consult with them on product fit

Develop and qualify opportunities through prospecting, research needs analysis, and defining requirements

Identify potential deals and accelerate our sales funnel and work together with our team to diversify our revenue sources

Close viable product sales opportunities and partnerships

Lead and inspire team members to achieve remarkable results and grow the team

Meet and exceed performance goals (don’t worry, they’re achievable)

Required :

7 years of B2B sales experience, with a notable focus on selling to brands

Client-centric focus and exceptional communication skills : on the phone, over email, in Slack, even post-it notes - we all communicate regularly here

Great managerial, organizational, and time management skills

A bachelor's degree. Extra points if it’s from a US college. Extra-extra points if you applied to scholarships

Advanced knowledge of the English language, allowing you to navigate and negotiate in the business world effortlessly

A positive attitude (we’re all quite content, and would instead you not drag us down)

Advantages :

Previous marketing involvement

Experience in the media buying and performance marketing industry

Experience with GenZ marketing - a huge advantage
