Job Responsibilities
- Hardscape Installation & Repair:
- Install and repair patios and retaining walls from start to finish.
- Ensure projects meet high-quality standards.
- Project Leadership:
- Act as the Foreman on assigned projects, overseeing the worksite and team.
- Read and interpret plans to ensure precise execution.
- Coordinate daily activities and resources to keep the project on schedule.
- Equipment Operation:
- Operate machinery, such as backhoes and skid steers, safely and efficiently.
- Bilingual Communication:
- Use English and Spanish to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hardscape installation (patios, retaining walls).
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Skilled in operating heavy machinery (backhoe, skid steer).
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- References and proof of experience required.
