Job Description :
Location : 100 Havana St, Aurora, CO 80010
Work Schedule : Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)
Full Time Pay Range : $55,000 - $150,000 per year

Building rapport with guests and creating long-term relationships will be key to your success. Our sales professionals partner with our guests throughout the entire sales process to determine what vehicle will best fit their wants and needs. The One Person, One Price, One Hour model provides a transparent and seamless sales experience for our guests. Our sales professionals feel at ease when they can offer every guest the best price upfront.

What you will do :
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals
- Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology, features, and accessories
- Identify and understand the customer's needs, preferences, and budget, and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs
- Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP, service, dent, or windshield
- Lead the sales finance process with each customer
- Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit, budget, down payment, and trade-in values
- Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions, schedule appointments, and respond to Internet leads
