Apparel manufacturing company seeking a committed and professional individual for a full-time Administrative Assistant position in our Product Development Dept.
This person will work on preparing and processing customer order requests, data entry in production system, sample tracking and timely communication to both internal sales teams as well a offshore vendors. Service/maintain client relationships, develop and schedule sample all tracking tools.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage numerous sample requests ensuring professional phone etiquette.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and calendar management to support office operations.
- Assist with office management tasks, utilizing computer skills to maintain organized records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve overall efficiency in administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to listen and solve problems effectively
- Good computer skills AS400, Microsoft; Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to adhere to a work schedule including having good attendance
- Ability to work as a team
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Ability and willingness to accept and apply training and ongoing coaching and support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
