We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team in Harrison, NJ public schools serving general / special education students, preschool students and students with Autism.

As a BCBA, you will work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to create and implement individualized behavior interventions and supports for students. You will play a key role in fostering positive behavior, promoting student success, and ensuring a conducive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, proactive, and dedicated to improving the overall well-being of students.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with School Teams : Primary role is to consult and work alongside and train teachers, administrators, counselors, and other specialists to design, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
• Data-Driven Approach : Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess the effectiveness of behavioral interventions and make data-based decisions for program adjustments.
• Individualized Support : Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges, developing strategies to promote positive behaviors and address areas of concern.
• Staff Training & Support : Conduct professional development sessions for staff to enhance their understanding of behavior management techniques and support the implementation of best practices.
• Parent and Family Engagement : Work closely with families to share progress, provide resources, and offer strategies for supporting behavioral goals at home.
• Compliance & Reporting : Ensure that behavior interventions align with school policies, state regulations, and ethical guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation for progress monitoring and reporting.
