POSITION: Elementary Teachers (K-6 grade)
LOCATION: Lincoln Elementary School
REPORTS TO: Principal
JOB SUMMARY:
One Teacher to give math and reading instruction to Lincoln Elementary students on Saturday.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required):
- Valid Indiana Teacher’s License /Current Emergency Permit (Current Elementary 6th Grade preferred)
- Knowledge in NWEA/SAVAAS/Reveal Math
- Good Attendance
- Technology Knowledgeable
- Track record of closing the achievement gap
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Instruction in Math and Reading
- Planning utilizing NWEA data
- Teacher planning with lesson plans due by Friday a.m.
- Give pre and post assessment
- Keep daily Attendance of students
- Assist with Breakfast and lunch
SALARY: Rate of pay $40.00 per hour. Teachers will need to sign-in and out on a timesheet.
TERMS OF SATURNDAY ACADEMY:
Hours: 8:00 am. to 12:30 p.m.
Dates: Every Saturday from February 9th, 2025, through March 23, 2025.
START DATE: Upon Board Approval
DEADLINE: Friday, February March 6, 2025, by 3:00 p.m.
