Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children in your care at all times.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Provide care for children and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed.
- Assist preschool-aged children with learning activities that foster cognitive growth.
- Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment that is conducive to learning and play.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive care plan for each child.
Skills
- Previous experience in daycare or childcare settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.
- Experience with infant care, toddler care, and preschool education is highly valued.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to nurture and support children's needs.
- Proficient in behavior management techniques to handle various situations effectively.
- Experience in babysitting or nannying can be beneficial.
