- Foster inquiry-based learning through hands-on labs and activities.
- Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners.
- Create a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Use assessments to track progress and adjust instruction.
- Implement cooperative learning strategies and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student success.
- Integrate technology to support learning and engagement.
- Participate in professional development and school initiatives.
- A valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License.
- Colorado Department of Education “In Field” by CDE endorsement or qualifications to teach the posted subject area.
- The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.
- The ability and interest to be part of a high-functioning team. (Having respected and trusted colleagues, preferably as teammates, makes the demands of teaching sustainable.)
