Principal - Middle School

27J is seeking an experienced and proven middle school leader to support research and recommendations for the future of 27J middle school structure.

DESCRIPTION: This role ensures a thorough, research-driven approach to shaping the future of middle school education in our district.

Scope Of Responsibilities

• The administrator would lead an exploration of potential middle school models, guided by research-based best practices.
• Stakeholder collaboration and engagement including facilitating perspective gathering from leaders, staff, parents, community and students.
• Partnering with middle school leaders and staff on the process and findings.
• Working with 27J departments to understand and articulate impacts.
• Facilitating a Contracted Services Comprehensive Study.
• Reporting finding to School and Learning Services Leadership.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS: CDE principal license - Active

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of five years of middle school principal experience.

TERM of ASSIGNMENT: This assignment is project specific and the term of this project will run a maximum of 2 years.
