What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Coach, Sports Performance position at School District of Altoona?
Head Coach of Sports Performance will work in conjunction with sport program head coaches to develop and direct the strength, conditioning, and agility training for the Altoona Athletics Department. This includes planning workouts and trainings for in-season athletic programs and out of season athletes. This position will also manage the equipment in the weight room and directly oversee sports performance assistant coaches. This position will report directly to the Director of Athletics & Activities.
Strength & Conditioning certification is preferred. Experience coaching in athletics or strength & conditioning is preferred.
