What are the responsibilities and job description for the Long-term Substitute Special Education Assistant position at School District of Lodi, WI?
The School District of Lodi is accepting applications for a Long -Term Substitute special education assistant position in the 18-21 year old Transition Program . This assignment begins on January 6, 2025 and is anticipated to conclude on March 21, 2025. There is a potential for this position to be extended past March 21, 2025. The position is 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday) from 7:30-3:30 daily.
The successful candidate will provide assistance to students with disabilities in the 18-21 year old Transition Program. Daily responsibilities include assistance with functional/adaptive skills, communication, and supervision/engagement in the school setting and throughout the community. Prior experience working with students at the secondary/post secondary level is desired. Prior experience working with individuals with complex disabilities is desired.
