What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Cook position at School District of Onalaska?
The School District of Onalaska is seeking substitute school nutrition staff. Part-Time, sub cooks are staff who fill in for our regular staff on an as need basis at any of the Onalaska schools. Typically shorter shifts, 3 to 6 hours during the middle of the school day/school year. Hourly wage is $15.14/hour.
Responsible for maintaining a high-quality child nutrition program in an atmosphere of efficiency, cleanliness and warmth.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Prior experience in quantity cooking preferred
3. Capable of lifting 42-50 pounds unassisted
