Replenishment Buyer

School Health Corporation, a national, full-service provider of health supplies and services to schools, is seeking a Replenishment Buyer, who is responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels, managing replenishment purchase orders, and resolving receiving issues. You will also be working in our brand-new state-of-the-art building in Rolling Meadows, IL.

To perform this job successfully, this individual should have a good working knowledge of computer applications and internet experience. They must also be resourceful, self-motivated, and organized.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains proper inventory levels for stocked products within multiple products categories
- Utilizes our ERP system by creating, sending, and managing replenishment purchase orders with assigned supplier base, ensuring timely delivery and correct quantities, while responding to changing demand patterns
- Resolves purchase order receiving issues within our warehouse, including damages, mis-shipments, short and over receipts, and returns to vendors trough utilization of our ERP system.
- Directly controls quantity and timing of purchases with impacting results on the following KPIs: inventory turns, fill rates, inventory dollars, on-time purchase order delivery, and percentage of slow-moving inventory
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years related experience and/or training
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent Supply Chain degree/certification required

Salary Range: $42,000 - $62,000
The compensation for this role listed on this posting is in compliance with applicable law. The selected candidates compensation will be determined based on the individuals skills, experience, internal/market equity factors, and qualifications. This posted minimum and maximum range represents the minimum and maximum of what we reasonably expect to compensate for the position. Furthermore, all compensation decisions are ultimately determined in accordance with our compensation philosophy
