School Lane Charter School is seeking an experienced Principal for our IB Campus (grades 7-12). Reporting to the CEO and workin closely with the Deputy CEO, this individual is responsible for supporting the integration and administration of curriculum, culture, and discipline within the school with the main focus of developing and maintaining effective educational programs and promoting the improvement of teaching and learning at the school. Other responsibilities include creating a long-term plan for student academic success, cultivating leadership in others, creating systems that maximize effort with minimal time and providing teachers with systems and tools for producing high quality inquiry based teaching and learning.

Other position requirements include:
- BS in Elementary or Secondary Education with a minimum of five years’ teaching experience at middle and/or high school level
- Master’s in Education Leadership with a minimum of three years’ school experience in a leadership capacity
- Pennsylvania Principal Certification
- Prior experience with International Baccalaureate program a plus
- Desire and ability to engage in continuing education and professional development
- Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, and Outlook
