About This Role:
We believe in the transformative power of play and focus on removing barriers to natural learning. As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at School of Play, you’ll work 1:1 with children aged 2–12, providing play-based ABA therapy in a hybrid model that includes home, community, and center-based sessions. Caseloads are thoughtfully structured with 2–3-hour sessions, with each technician working with up to three clients and flexible scheduling from 12 to 30 direct hours per week. - Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain the "Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)" credential
- Experience working with or supporting individuals with autism
- Comfortable engaging in play-based activities with children
- Flexible and patient, with the ability to build and manage a caseload
- Eager to learn and take direction
- Up-to-date background clearances
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
