What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Counselor position at School of Rock?
School of Rock Dublin is looking for help with their Summer Camps!
Each summer, we hosts small groups of kids aged 8-17 and teach them how to rock n' roll! Our camps run from Monday-Friday (approx 8.45-3.15pm), during which, we will teach kids how to play rock/pop hits from throughout the decades on the instruments we teach here - guitar, bass guitar, drums, keys, vocals.
Applicants do not need to know how to play all of these instruments, but they must be able to help our current instructors and kids come together and play a mini rock show at the end of the week!
Our camps run in June and July.
Prior instructions is not needed, but we are looking for a high level of patience, leadership, positivity, flexibility, and most importantly - fun!
Training will also be provided with some online training and shadowing of our current group classes within 2 weeks before the camps start.
