Join Our Seasonal Team as a Data Review Clerk!
Seasonal Term : February through May
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy solving puzzles? We're looking for a Seasonal Data Review Clerk to help ensure our student records and photo data are accurate and error-free. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining quality and keeping our production process on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy administrative tasks, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You'll Do
Verify that images are accurately matched to the correct records.
Resolve data discrepancies quickly to prevent delays in our production process.
Update student records with changes provided by school staff after picture day.
Identify and correct missing or mismatched information in student records.
Stay organized and meet important deadlines for data corrections.
Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with team members and maintain positive, productive working relationships.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with management and peers.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Education & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required—we'll provide training!
