Job Summary
The International Student Center Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the International Student Services office. This role includes managing vendor accounts, supervising student employees, maintaining accurate student data records, and serving as the primary liaison for CRM operations related to international students. The coordinator also plays a key role in monitoring student status, supporting program transitions, and providing training and guidance to support staff to ensure seamless services. Additionally, the coordinator will actively contribute to enhancing the overall experience for international students through effective communication and efficient program management.

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in a related area.
- Five (5) years of experience working in higher education.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
- Two (2) years of experience working with international students.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking tools.
