Job Description

We are looking for a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the school year.

Rate Range : $45.00-$65.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include :

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to develop data-driven intervention plans.
Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support students with behavioral and developmental needs.
Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff on behavior management strategies.
Monitor and analyze student progress and behavioral data to adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with IEP teams, special education staff, and parents to develop individualized student support plans.
Train staff and caregivers on applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavior reinforcement strategies.
Ensure compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) and IDEA guidelines.
Maintain confidential records and documentation per state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications :

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License (if required for school-based roles).

Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.

Medical, dental, and vision are offered

Continued insurance coverage over the summer is optional for the employee.
