Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
- Adapt and modify instructional materials and methods to support student success.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote an inclusive classroom.
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment to help students develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
Qualifications
- Required: Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (WA State).
- Must have OSPI (fingerprints required by the state)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with diverse learners and implementing evidence-based interventions.
