Special Education Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. As a Special Education Teacher, you will work with students who require specialized instruction and support.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional plans as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, IEP meetings, and other related events to ensure effective support for students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Special Education Teaching Certification/LBS1.
- Degree in Exceptional Student Education/Special Education preferred.
