Specialty : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Requirements :
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.Provide therapy sessions in individual and group settings.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ needs.Document and monitor student progress, ensuring compliance with school policies and state regulations.Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.Stay informed about best practices and new developments in the field of speech-language pathology.Benefits :
