You'll be our right-hand person, working directly with the doctor to translate their vision into reality. As the glue that keeps our office running smoothly, you'll oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a seamless workflow for our dedicated staff.

Duties:
- Lead and support the office staff, including onboarding new hires, providing guidance, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Streamline administrative processes by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating clinical lab schedules, and organizing, facilitating, and following up on meetings and notes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails, providing exceptional phone etiquette and prompt customer service.
- Assist with human resources functions such as recruiting, hiring, and conducting employee evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in medical office management is a plus.
- Previous experience in team management is preferred.
- Open to learning new skills.
