About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and motivated BCBA/LBA to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This hybrid position includes in-home, clinic, and school-based services, allowing for a flexible and balanced schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee ABA programs by designing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
- Conduct functional assessments, including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other skill assessments.
- Supervise RBTs by providing training, mentorship, and oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with families and schools to ensure consistency in behavior intervention strategies.
- Monitor client progress by analyzing data, adjusting behavior plans, and preparing detailed progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with BACB and Arizona licensing standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications
Required:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Licensed as an LBA in Arizona or eligibility for licensure.
- Expertise in ABA principles, behavior modification, and autism intervention.
- Experience with data collection, treatment plans, and behavior assessment tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- At least two years of experience as a BCBA in clinical, in-home, or school-based settings.
- School-based ABA experience is a strong plus.
