Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Intervention Specialist to join our team in Ohio. This role involves supporting students with diverse learning needs through tailored instruction and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will work collaboratively with educators, families, and the community to promote both academic success and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized and small-group instruction for students with special needs.
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies, including technology integration, to enhance engagement and achievement.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and community partners to create holistic support systems.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies, particularly in literacy, math, and science.
- Maintain accurate student progress records and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, self-motivation, and personal growth.
- Actively participate in professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Valid Ohio Special Education teaching license (mild/moderate or moderate/intensive qualifications preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
