Learning Support Representative
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

$22.68 - $32.88

What You’ll Be Doing
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department. Supports management and team members through a variety of tasks related to Learning & Development.
- Inputs, maintains and supports content within the Learning Management System (LMS), such as instructor-led classes, virtual classes and online content. Assist with support tickets for LMS vendor as needed.
- Administers training enrollment and confirmation process, including scheduling of team and tracking of progress through Learning Management System.
- Coordinates training session logistics including room schedule, setup instructions, and classroom preparation.
- Serves as a point of contact for training program scheduling and logistics.
- Assists team members with questions about training programs, requirements, and system access.
- Assists team members with questions regarding the Educational Assistance program and reimbursement requests.
- Assists department with running existing and new reports on training activities and results.
- Assists the department in identifying areas of opportunity for streamlined department processes and procedures and works with team to implement changes.
- Creates and ensures training audiences are assigned in appropriate training in accordance with Compliance Management System.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.

- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of previous related experience required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Technical coursework in college preferred
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
