The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

What You’ll Be Doing
Performs financial research and creates reports related to forecasts, profitability, investments, liquidity, cash flows, ratios, pricing, income statement and balance sheet data. Monitors and analyzes financial and statistical data and makes recommendations relevant to operational and strategic decisions. Supports other Finance, Accounting and Treasury functions as assigned.

What You’ll Be Doing
Performs financial research and creates reports related to forecasts, profitability, investments, liquidity, cash flows, ratios, pricing, income statement and balance sheet data. Monitors and analyzes financial and statistical data and makes recommendations relevant to operational and strategic decisions. Supports other Finance, Accounting and Treasury functions as assigned.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to support management decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly financial statements, budget vs. actuals reports, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Process and analyze large data sets for the purposes of gaining important business insights and identifying trends.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data from various sources, including internal systems and external databases.
- Support month-end and year-end close process and perform reconciliations as needed.
- Maintains and updates standard reporting & analysis to support operational decisions.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
- Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics or related field or equivalent years of experience required
- 3-5 years of previous related experience required
- Credit Union or Financial Institution financial analysis experience preferred
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical skills
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, financial modeling, andcore financial statements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid data mining skills and familiarity with tools like SQL
