Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact, creating positive impressions through warm and professional phone interactions.
- Interact with insurance companies to provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule meetings for multiple insurance agents.
- Maintain accuracy in our Customer Relationship Management software.
- Assist with event coordination and hosting.
Benefits
- $19 per hour plus performance-based bonuses.
- $150 monthly stipend to offset health insurance costs.
