Lean Manager
Your Contribution
Lean Roadmap
- prepares and updates the Lean Roadmap in close cooperation with site management.
- Defines lean measures based on Lean roadmap together with the site manager.
Measures
- Ensures the measurability of Lean activities.
- Collaborates with Lean champion and the site manager on corrective actions in cases of deviations from set activities.
Trainings
- Plans, implements, and directs Lean projects and kaizen workshops.
- Prepares and conducts Lean trainings (eg: Lean basics, 5S, SMED, etc)
- Leads, promotes, and motivates the employees on Lean manufacturing together with the Lean champion, eg: through Lean games, best practices, personnel development and training measures, and active communication through internal media platforms.
Projects
- Supports the team of Global Operational Excellence with pilot projects and coordinates all corresponding activities.
Exchange of Experiences
- Cooperates and enforces interactive experience/information exchanges with other BU Lean Managers.
- Informs site management, Lean champions, and the BU line about the status and progress of the Lean management efforts and activities on site.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years in Lean Transformation, especially in the field of production, logistics, or maintenance.
- Several years of experience in leadership, project management, and manufacturing costs analysis, preferable as Head of Production or Supply Chain Manager.
- Excellent command of the English language, preferable knowledge of another language.
- Effective communication and leadership style.
- Open-mindedness toward change.
- Expertise in process stability and optimization, eg: Six Sigma, PSO Black Level.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
