Schrdinger seeks a Sr. Associate / Principal Associate, Strategic Finance to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.

As a member of our Business Development and Strategic Finance team, you'll play a critical role in contributing to analysis supporting the company's strategic direction and long-term financial opportunity. You will partner with R&D and finance leadership to develop scenarios for Schrdinger's long-range plan, evaluate the return on investment for internal development and BD decisions, and help optimize the company's capital deployment to maximize shareholder value. This role will report to the Vice President of Strategic Finance.

Estimated base salary range : $100,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
