This position is responsible for the operation, management and problem-solving efforts in a team environment for the processing of dairy products. Responsibilities include maintaining the plant in accordance with Food Safety guidelines; forming boxes for packaging final product; maintaining warehouse by company and food safe standards; operate pallet jacks; manufacture, maintain, and process bulk culture; and conduct ultrafiltration and evaporation system.
Over the course of a 12-hour shift, this positions is responsible for:
Minimum Requirements:
The successful candidate must read and understand written SOP’s and follow standards. Must have at least one year experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Requirements:
The successful candidate is preferred to have at least one year experience in a food manufacturing environment, Process Control (PC) experience, demonstrated problem-solving skills, ability to work well on a team and effective verbal and written skills.
Shift:
The PRIMARY shift will be a NIGHT position (6pm to 6am) that typically provides 12 hour shift coverage during a 36/48 hour week. Since the facility is a 365 day per year operation, candidates will be expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays in order to support production plant needs.

- Forming packaging and packaging final product
- Warehousing
- Sanitation
- Operating power industrial lifts including pallet jacks, fork lifts, and tugs
- Processing milk through ultrafiltration and evaporation systems
- Mixing and producing bulk culture products
- Rework out of spec product using a breddo system.
