Job Description :
Essential Job Functions :
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and maintain good housekeeping.
- Follow the appropriate reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality, and customer requirement outages.
- Follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment and comply with Schreiber and OSHA safety requirements.
- Perform corrective, preventative, project, and emergency electrical and electronic maintenance on plant equipment, support, and utility systems.
- Perform modifications, component replacements, troubleshooting, calibration adjustments, and performance checks on plant equipment.
- Perform PLC programming
- Assure electrical equipment and installations meet all applicable requirements
- Complete projects as assigned including planning, purchasing of materials, modifications, and major overhauls of equipment.
- Monitor critical equipment as outlined in maintenance procedures.
- Assist other maintenance and production team members as assigned.
