Job Description :

In this internship, you will work alongside the HR Americas Leadership Team to support Human Resources efforts within our organization. Schreiber Foods is seeking candidates that have the flexibility and mindset needed to work in a global environment. This position is a year round internship, offering part-time hours during the school year and full-time hours during the summer and school breaks. Looking to hire immediately.

This position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, working a minimum of 2 days / week in the office and the remaining days from home. Our office is located in Green Bay, WI.

What you'll do :

• Compile & analyze data for HR metrics and dashboards - Excel 2016 and PowerPoint 2016.
• Design effective presentations and training content - PowerPoint 2016.
• Enter position details into Human Capital Management System - Workday
• Assist with programs and activities supporting HR Business Support strategy.
• Proactively source hourly production talent through online resources. Perform phone interviews of candidates.

For positions that require any amount of travel : Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required.
