What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructor of Biology position at Schreiner University?
The Biology Department at Schreiner University seeks a colleague dedicated to high-quality instructional experiences for undergraduate students. This full-time, non-tenure track position includes a 9-month contract, renewable faculty position at the rank of instructor beginning Summer or Fall 2025. We welcome applicants from diverse areas of biology, with a preference for candidates who can contribute to our Anatomy & Physiology and Microbiology courses. Additional teaching responsibilities may include general biology courses and upper-level courses in the candidate’s areas of expertise supporting the biology curriculum. In addition to an annual 30-hour teaching load, the successful candidate will also engage in student advising.
