Summary Of Responsibilities
- Brand gatekeeper ensuring that the image and style of the company is always on brand and protected.
- Create product shots, video, and draft content for Instagram, Facebook, and store e-commerce including processing, editing, and preparing.
- Assist in development of approved content calendar, ensuring that all posts are on time and on brand.
- Analyze, report on, and optimize social media performance to grow following, increase engagement, and boost impressions.
- Provide leadership at PopUp stores for Schreiner home games and other events. Duties include event prep and setup, inventory, cashiering, sales, customer service, closing store, transportation of product, etc.
- Revitalize, maintain, and continually update store website.
- Create other media such as flyers, posters, emails, etc. as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Knowledge in Adobe Suite (Lightroom/Photoshop) and/or Canva.
- Knowledge in photography.
- Ability to deliver creative content.
- Results driven with an artistic approach.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Team player works well with team members and management at all levels.
- Positive attitude to every challenge.
- Previous experience in retail preferred.
- Ability to receive feedback and act when appropriate.
- Honest and consistent work ethic.
