Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment by performing regular cleaning tasks.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Support the culinary team by bussing tables, washing dishes, and managing inventory of supplies.
- Help set up for banquets and catering events, ensuring all items are prepared and presented according to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Experience in bussing or serving in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
